This document sets out the terms governing all users' use of the 81000 platform in Malaysia. By registering or using this platform, you agree to comply with all terms stated below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 81000 platform ("Platform", "us"). These Terms apply to all users who access, register for, or use any services offered through the 81000.bet website.

The platform does not charge processing fees for standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are beyond our control.

Users are prohibited from taking any action that disrupts, damages, or compromises the security and integrity of the platform, including the use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
Limitation of Liability
81000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical failures, or third-party actions. Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
81000 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:
- The user breaches any provision of these Terms.
- The user provides false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Account activity shows signs of fraud, collusion, or manipulation.
- The user fails to comply with an identity verification request within the stipulated timeframe.
- There is a legal or regulatory compliance requirement that necessitates such action.

The brand name "81000", its logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of the platform and may not be used without prior written consent.
